Who we are
exect.ai is operated by LoopBridge Ltd., an Israeli company ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. This policy applies to the exect.ai website, the forms on it, and the WhatsApp conversations and web workspace we open with you afterwards.
What we collect
- Executives. What you give us on the form and in the conversation: name, mobile number, email, LinkedIn profile, current and past roles, achievements, compensation expectations, locations, availability, the companies that must not see you, and your answers to the searches we send you. If you share a CV or the text of your LinkedIn profile, we keep it as part of your dossier.
- Hiring partners. Your name, work email, company, the searches you define (role, scope, compensation band, documents you upload), the people you invite to your workspace, and your answers to the candidates we propose.
- Everyone. Technical data needed to run the site and the service: IP address, browser type, the pages you open, and the messages exchanged with us on WhatsApp, email or in the workspace.
Why we use it
- To build an executive's dossier and portrait, and to score it against open searches.
- To send an executive searches that fit, and to show a hiring partner only the executives who said yes to its search.
- To run the introduction and the hiring process that follows, and to give both sides statistics about it.
- To operate, secure and improve the service, and to meet legal obligations.
We rely on your consent for the WhatsApp conversation and for sharing your dossier with a hiring partner, on the contract between us for running the service, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and accurate.
Who sees what
- A hiring partner sees an executive's dossier only after the executive said yes to that partner's specific search. Companies the executive named as excluded never see the dossier.
- An executive sees a search as the hiring partner chose to present it: named, or described without the company name when the search is confidential.
- Our team reviews proposed matches before they are sent and sees the data needed to do so.
- We never sell personal data.
Processors we use
Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Google Cloud (servers, databases and AI models that read dossiers and searches to score them), Twilio and Meta (WhatsApp messaging), Twilio SendGrid (email), and Firebase (sign-in for hiring partners). Each processes data on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Some of them operate outside Israel and the European Economic Area; transfers rest on their standard contractual clauses.
Automated decisions
AI models score how well an executive fits a search and draft the reasons shown on a card. No introduction is made on a score alone: a person on our team reviews every proposed match, and each side decides for itself whether to go ahead.
How long we keep it
While your account or search is active, and for twelve months after it closes, so that a process that resumes has its history. Technical logs are kept for ninety days. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.
Your rights
You may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw consent for the WhatsApp conversation or for sharing your dossier. Executives can also pause their search, which stops all new proposals while keeping the dossier. Write to us through the contact form or reply in your WhatsApp conversation, and we answer within thirty days. If you are in Israel you may also complain to the Privacy Protection Authority; if you are in the European Economic Area, to your local supervisory authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside our team is limited to the people who review matches and run the service. Links we send are one-purpose, expiring and revocable.
Changes
When this policy changes materially we tell registered executives on WhatsApp and hiring partners by email before the change applies.
