Terms of service

The service

exect.ai, operated by LoopBridge Ltd., an Israeli company, introduces executives to companies and funds that are hiring ("hiring partners"). An AI agent represents each executive, hiring partners define searches, our team reviews proposed matches, and an introduction is made only after both sides say yes. By registering as an executive or opening a workspace as a hiring partner you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Executives

  • You must be at least 18, register with your own details and your own LinkedIn profile, and keep them accurate.
  • The service is free for executives. We do not charge you at any stage, and no hiring partner may ask you to.
  • Your dossier is shown to a hiring partner only after you say yes to its search. You can pause, withdraw, or delete your profile at any time from the WhatsApp conversation.
  • Cards describe searches as hiring partners present them. We review them for accuracy, but we are not a party to the employment relationship that may follow and make no promise that any search leads to an offer.

Hiring partners

  • A workspace belongs to the company or fund that opened it. The person who opens it confirms they are authorised to act for it and is responsible for the colleagues they invite.
  • Searches must describe real, open roles. Compensation bands and terms shown to executives must be ones you are prepared to honour.
  • Candidate dossiers are confidential: they may be used only to evaluate the candidate for the search they said yes to, shared only inside your workspace, and never copied into other systems, forwarded, or used to approach the candidate outside the process without their consent.
  • Fees are agreed per search in a written order before the search opens. Unless the order says otherwise, fees are payable within thirty days of invoice.
  • You must not circumvent the service by hiring an executive we introduced through another channel to avoid the agreed fee, during the search and for twelve months after the introduction.

Everyone

  • Do not use the service to discriminate on grounds the law prohibits, to harass anyone, to scrape data, or to interfere with its operation.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, provides false information, or treats people on the other side badly, and we tell you why.
  • The content, software and marks of exect.ai belong to LoopBridge Ltd. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the service for its purpose.

Liability

The service is provided as described, with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the conduct of executives or hiring partners towards each other, or for decisions either side takes on the basis of a card, a score or a report. Our total liability to a hiring partner is limited to the fees paid for the search concerned; to an executive, who pays nothing, it is limited to what the law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on WhatsApp to executives and by email to hiring partners before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
